Reverse Osmosis Plants (RO)

Reverse Osmosis is an advanced membrane-based purification process that forces water through a semi-permeable membrane under pressure, separating dissolved salts, heavy metals, organic compounds, and microorganisms from the water stream. Ultrafiltration Plants (UF)

Demineralization is a water purification process that uses ion exchange resin beds to remove all dissolved minerals, salts, and ionic impurities from water. Cation resins replace positively charged ions such as calcium and magnesium, while anion resins remove negatively charged ions such as chlorides and sulphates — producing high-purity or ultra-pure water essential for boilers, power plants, pharmaceutical processes, and precision manufacturing.

Zero Liquid Discharge is an advanced wastewater management strategy that completely eliminates liquid effluent discharge from an industrial facility. All wastewater is treated, concentrated, and converted into reusable water and dry solid or crystallised by-products — nothing leaves the plant as liquid waste. ZLD is mandated by CPCB for red-category industries including textile dyeing, tanneries, distilleries, and certain chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
